Revelation 1:1 - 3 ASV

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto

his servants, even the things which must shortly come to pass: and

he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John; who bare

witness of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ,

even of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that readeth, and they

that hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are

written therein: for the time is at hand.

Psalms 11:4 - 7 ASV

Jehovah is in his holy temple; Jehovah, his throne is in heaven; His

eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. Jehovah trieth the

righteous; But the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul

hateth. Upon the wicked he will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and

burning wind shall be the portion of their cup. For Jehovah is

righteous; he loveth righteousness: The upright shall behold his

face.

Exodus 12:3 , 5 , 7 -,8 , 13 ASV

Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day

of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according

to their fathersb houses, a lamb for a household: Your lamb shall be

without blemish, a male a year old: ye shall take it from the sheep,

or from the goats: And they shall take of the blood, and put it on the

two side-posts and on the lintel, upon the houses wherein they shall

eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and

unleavened bread; with bitter herbs they shall eat it. And the blood

shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when

I see the blood, I will pass over you, and there shall no plague be

upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

1 John 1:7 - 9 ASV

but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship

one with another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanseth us from

all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the

truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous

to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide

under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Jehovah, He is my

refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust. For he will

thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come

nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, And see the

hast made the Most High thy habitation; There shall no evil befall

thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent. For he will give

his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all thy ways. They

shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a

stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: The young lion and

the serpent shalt thou trample under foot. Because he hath set his

love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high,

because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will

answer him; I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him, and

honor him. With long life will I satisfy him, And show him my

salvation.
