Psalms 149:1 Praise ye Jehovah. Sing unto Jehovah a new song, And his praise in the assembly of the saints.
Psalms 149:2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
Psalms 149:3 Let them praise his name in the dance: Let them sing praises unto him with timbrel and harp.
Psalms 149:4 For Jehovah taketh pleasure in his people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.
Psalms 149:5 Let the saints exult in glory: Let them sing for joy upon their beds.
Psalms 149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand;
Psalms 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the nations, And punishments upon the peoples;
Psalms 149:8 To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron;
Psalms 149:9 To execute upon them the judgment written: This honor have all his saints. Praise ye Jehovah.
Psalms 9:1 For the Chief Musician; set to Muth-labben. A Psalm of David. I will give thanks unto Jehovah with my whole heart; I will show forth all thy marvellous works.
Psalms 9:2 I will be glad and exult in thee; I will sing praise to thy name, O thou Most High.
Psalms 9:3 When mine enemies turn back, They stumble and perish at thy presence.
Psalms 9:4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; Thou sittest in the throne judging righteously.
Psalms 9:5 Thou hast rebuked the nations, thou hast destroyed the wicked; Thou hast blotted out their name for ever and ever.
Psalms 9:6 The enemy are come to an end, they are desolate for ever; And the cities which thou hast overthrown, The very remembrance of them is perished.
Psalms 9:7 But Jehovah sitteth as king for ever: He hath prepared his throne for judgment;
Psalms 9:8 And he will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to the peoples in uprightness.
Psalms 9:9 Jehovah also will be a high tower for the oppressed, A high tower in times of trouble;
Psalms 9:10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee; For thou, Jehovah, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Psalms 9:11 Sing praises to Jehovah, who dwelleth in Zion: Declare among the people his doings.
Psalms 9:12 For he that maketh inquisition for blood remembereth them; He forgetteth not the cry of the poor.
Psalms 9:13 Have mercy upon me, O Jehovah; Behold my affliction which I suffer of them that hate me, Thou that liftest me up from the gates of death;
Psalms 9:14 That I may show forth all thy praise. In the gates of the daughter of Zion I will rejoice in thy salvation.
Psalms 9:15 The nations are sunk down in the pit that they made: In the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
Psalms 9:16 Jehovah hath made himself known, he hath executed judgment: The wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be turned back unto Sheol, Even all the nations that forget God.
Psalms 9:18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten, Nor the expectation of the poor perish for ever.
Psalms 9:19 Arise, O Jehovah; let not man prevail: Let the nations be judged in thy sight.
Psalms 9:20 Put them in fear, O Jehovah: Let the nations know themselves to be but men. Selah.
Isaiah 26:1 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; salvation will he appoint for walls and bulwarks.
Isaiah 26:2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth faith may enter in.
Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:4 Trust ye in Jehovah for ever; for in Jehovah, even Jehovah, is an everlasting rock.
Isaiah 26:5 For he hath brought down them that dwell on high, the lofty city: he layeth it low, he layeth it low even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.
Isaiah 26:6 The foot shall tread it down; even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.
Isaiah 26:7 The way of the just is uprightness: thou that art upright dost direct the path of the just.
Isaiah 26:8 Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Jehovah, have we waited for thee; to thy name, even to thy memorial name, is the desire of our soul.
Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee earnestly: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
Isaiah 26:10 Let favor be showed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness will he deal wrongfully, and will not behold the majesty of Jehovah.
Isaiah 26:11 Jehovah, thy hand is lifted up, yet they see not: but they shall see thy zeal for the people, and be put to shame; yea, fire shall devour thine adversaries.
Isaiah 26:12 Jehovah, thou wilt ordain peace for us; for thou hast also wrought all our works for us.
Isaiah 26:13 O Jehovah our God, other lords besides thee have had dominion over us; but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.
Isaiah 26:14 They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all remembrance of them to perish.
Isaiah 26:15 Thou hast increased the nation, O Jehovah, thou hast increased the nation; thou art glorified; thou hast enlarged all the borders of the land.
Isaiah 26:16 Jehovah, in trouble have they visited thee; they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.
Isaiah 26:17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain and crieth out in her pangs; so we have been before thee, O Jehovah.
Isaiah 26:18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
Isaiah 26:19 Thy dead shall live; my dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in the dust; for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast forth the dead.
Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
Isaiah 26:21 For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Esther 1:11 to bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to show the peoples and the princes her beauty; for she was fair to look on.
Esther 1:12 But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by the chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.
Hosea 9:5 What will ye do in the day of solemn assembly, and in the day of the feast of Jehovah?
Hosea 9:6 For, lo, they are gone away from destruction; yet Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them; their pleasant things of silver, nettles shall possess them; thorns shall be in their tents.
Hosea 9:7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompense are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the man that hath the spirit is mad, for the abundance of thine iniquity, and because the enmity is great.
Hosea 9:8 Ephraim was a watchman with my God: as for the prophet, a fowler's snare is in all his ways, and enmity in the house of his God.
Hosea 9:9 They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
Hosea 9:14 Give them, O Jehovah--what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
Hosea 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal; for there I hated them: because of the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of my house; I will love them no more; all their princes are revolters.
Hosea 9:16 Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay the beloved fruit of their womb.
Psalms 18:14 And he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; Yea, lightnings manifold, and discomfited them.

Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of Jehovah is risen upon thee.
Isaiah 60:2 For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples; but Jehovah will arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
Isaiah 60:3 And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
Isaiah 60:4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: they all gather themselves together, they come to thee; thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be carried in the arms.
Isaiah 60:5 Then thou shalt see and be radiant, and thy heart shall thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned unto thee, the wealth of the nations shall come unto thee.
Isaiah 60:14 And the sons of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee The city of Jehovah, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
