Saved from Tribulation, in Jesus' Name

Anonymous. - 07/22/2007
(David's notes in red)

I saw myself in an open hilly terrain. The sky was gettingdark, likewhen you have a thunderstormbut there was still some light passing through those dark clouds. I suddenly saw before me many white tornados, touching the ground. I told my sister not to worry as we would make it, in theName of Jesus! I then toldher to follow close behind. (Those who know will be witnesses to many who are suddenly motivated by the tribulations that are upon them.)

I started running andsaying, "In the Name of Jesus" repeatedly and nothing else. Thewhite tornadosdid not have any effect on me. It looked like it parted for me one after the other. I ran without looking back for 2 1/2 hours, only saying "In the Name of Jesus" and even in my heart I was thinking it couldonly bethe very grace of God for me to run without losing stamina and giving up. {Col.3:17} And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. {2 Thes.1:11} To which end we also pray always for you, that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfil every desire of goodness and [every] work of faith, with power; {12} that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

I was surprised at my pace and strength in the Lord! I don't know why but I felt like I was translated in the spirit to travel so long and so far without feeling tired at all! Thismarathon brought me into a huge Cathedral made of stone, like what you see in ancient times. I stood at the door of the Church, looking for my sister as crowds of people were entering through the gate, thencourtyard and then through the Church door.

Many strangers were pointing at me as they passedme, saying, "It was because of you, we were saved from the storm". (The life of faith and holiness will be an example to many of the way.) I felt very shy and embarrassed at all the attention I was receiving. Theysaid that they were able to come into the safety of the church afterfollowing the path that I had run because the tornados/wind did not affect them. I told them it was not because of me that they were saved but because of the mighty Name of Jesus which had power over the storm. I was so surprised as I had only thought of bringing my sister and myself to safety, yet God broughtmultitudes ofpeople to safety behind me. I wasgiving glory to God when my sister appeared after a very long time after my arrival.

I understand tornados to be winds of the devil but am not too sure why it was white. Does it mean that it isdirected by God? (Yes, and because they make you white. See the vision of how the storms save below.) The 2 1/2 hours of running reminds me of thetime taken for marathons - we're running the Christian marathon to obtain the prize of the high calling of God, in Christ Jesus. The name of Jesus is the name above allNAMES forevery knee should bow of things in heaven, earth and under the earth and every tongue should confess that JESUS is LORD. Thus, the tornados, whether natural or spiritual, were and aresubject to the name of Jesus. Like the Red Sea which parted, the tornados/stormswill also part through faith in His name. Our Christianjourney is not by might, nor by power but byHis Spirit, says the Lord. Thus, I was not tired and felt translated. It is only when we walk with God that we will be filled with His presence and can be translated like Enoch or Elijah. {Col.1:12} giving thanks unto the Father, who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; {13} who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love; {14} in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins

Today,my church elder, Bro Joshua, spoke on our walk with God. He talked about our enemy the devil and spiritual powers that we wrestle with and if we walk with God, we will be full of God's presence and only then we can be translated like Enoch, which symbolizes the rapture. He also mentioned the race/marathon we are running in our Christian life and he also mentioned that if we are full of the presence of God we will affect the people and even nations around us. Wow, got some bits of my dream inside His sermon!
