Dear Brethren,

A problem has been put in our hands that grieves us greatly but we must obey the Word, as you will see below. I ask that you be patient with us while we bring to your attention a situation that is leavening the body of Christ. Some have said that we just had a falling out with Matthew Stephen or we are jealous or we are lying -- none of which is true. We have nothing to gain from this except persecution but at least we will suffer for righteousness' sake. We just had a lot of evidence sent to us and must obey Mt.18:15-17 or we cannot call ourselves elders in God's Church. Anyone who says we should ignore the evidence from good people is immoral and disobedient to Jesus in these verses. Surely the victims' rights are more important that the predator's.

We were told that Matthew Stephen would be a good person to have on our program because he saw many things similar to us. So I contacted him and we talked and in general the things that we saw coming in the near future were similar. I invited him to come to UBM and make a program. I told him that we had made very nice accommodations for him at Bob Aicardi's house. He very curtly said that he would make his own arrangements with a hotel. I said to him, "Are you sure? You will have the whole house and pool mostly to yourself". He said he was sure. We discovered the reason for this is that Matthew Stephen has been traveling with at least one young lady who is not his wife.

While he was on the way to us, Bob Aicardi got a word of knowledge that Matthew Stephen would be like another man who turned out to be false and a slanderer of our ministry in the past. We pondered how this would turn out that way because we had received no other witness against Matthew Stephen up to this time. Within the first 10 minutes of Bob and I meeting with Matthew Stephen he told us that many women were running after him and that he was trying to discourage this. We thought this was a strange thing to inject in our discussion about prophecy. We found out that he tells everybody this and it is just a cover for the fact that he is seen with other women than his wife, whom he is divorcing.

As we spoke with Matthew Stephen we discovered that his knowledge of scripture was minimal. He shared a portion of his timeline clocks with us and I am sure he didn't even understand this. I offered to share a timeline with him that was easy to see in scripture. He said he never did this because it only hindered his gift. I pointed out that if he studied confusion it would leaven his prophecies but if he studied truth that was easily seen in scripture it could only help. I said mature knowledge improves our prophecy, as Paul said in {1 Cor.13:9} For we know in part, and we prophesy in part; {10} but when that which is perfect is come, that which is in part shall be done away. {11} When I was a child, I spake as a child... I told him that the doctrine he had of knowledge hurting his prophecy is what ruined the Kansas City prophets. All they wanted to hear was prophecy but didn't have enough respect for scripture in them to protect them from the Toronto debacle and they fell into sin, as we now know that Matthew Stephen also did.

The evidence is that Matthew Stephen, aka Matthew Stephen Moranor, aka Matthew Steven Moranor (his real name), has been chasing this young sister from our online assembly (whom I will refer to as "T") for lustful, sexual purposes. T asked to have her name left out of this if possible and we agreed since we have multiple witnesses of her testimony and we have not found her untruthful in anything. (Bob spoke with Matthew and knew immediately that he was lying so he asked to speak to her personally anyway and she agreed. He came away convinced of her truthfulness and that Matthew Stephen was lying.) On the other hand, Matthew Stephen has not been truthful in many proven instances below nor are his reports to the public about himself honest.

After Matthew Stephen left I was contacted by our brother Oregon, Rob, and his wife, Debra. They told me that they had been counseling T who also had been talking to Matthew. The three of them were witness that Debra had received a word of knowledge, and she has been accurate, that Matthew had a spirit of lust and some time later perverseness. Debra then said to T that if he was speaking anything of a sexual nature to her that he was out of line. At the time Matthew had made her a lot of promises and had commanded her to secrecy. But the truth came out that he was doing just exactly what the word of knowledge said -- speaking to her in a lustful, immoral, vulgar way with words that many of us found too embarrassing to repeat. Rob and Debra Stanley are faithful brethren and their witness is below. They had to skirt around Matthew's words somewhat.

(Similar to the above situation, we were contacted by a young sister on July17th from Toronto who was also very grieved with Matthew Stephen. She said he made her many promises, calling her his Esther, his queen. At first he was just a little sexual with his comments but quickly it got very vulgar and she ceased communicating with him.)

There is no proof that T has been promiscuous after becoming a disciple of Christ. She had a relationship with the father of her seven-year-old daughter but has renounced that for Christ. His attempts to slander her are to save himself. So I called Matthew and told him we had the records and they witnessed to his lies. He said that he never said he didn't call her. I said that I wrote down what you said and it was the opposite of the evidence. He said, "I was just returning her calls". The record clearly shows that this was another lie. He called her multiple times between her calls and late at night until the wee hours of the morning, which she did not do. He said, "She kept wanting to marry me and I kept telling her that she was too young for me at 38". (She is 34 and young enough to be his daughter at 54, which he told me was his age.) T said it was the other way around. He said T had called Robin with four Words of Knowledge from different people saying that they should marry. No witness has agreed with this.

We have received many witnesses (below) concerning Matthew traveling with at least one young lady about the same age as T.

We have followed the Lord's command in bringing this objection to Matthew. Rob went to him and I went to him but he denied everything so the next command is to bring it to the church. {Mt.18:15} And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. {16} But if he hear [thee] not, take with thee one or two more, that at the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may be established. {17} And if he refuse to hear them, tell it unto the church: and if he refuse to hear the church also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican. ... {1 Tim.5:19} Against an elder receive not an accusation, except at [the mouth of] two or three witnesses. {20} Them that sin reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.

I sent our findings to a few elders that UBM is associated with only to find out that Matthew was already slandering us, as Bob's word said would happen. The reputable ministries were quick to recognize the problem and act accordingly. Only two did not and their answers proved that they would not act for the sake of falsely perceived advantage. Many leaders will duck their responsibility and be as guilty as the Catholic leaders were in enabling their priests to continue with their fornications to defile many poor souls. They wanted peace and were interested in keeping up appearances more than justice. In the same way God is trying leaders through this and some are failing this test already. They will be remembered, as the Catholics are, for empowering Matthew Stephen to continue in this sin and deceive and defile the people. Some ministries have less respect for their sisters than their egos. We have NO CHOICE if we are truly Christian elders than to do what we are commanded in the verses above. God will take His grace away from those who don't.

Not wanting this to go to the last commanded step of bringing this before the church I sent Matthew one last email which he refused to answer according to a brother he spoke to. Below is a portion of it. The rest is being discussed in this text.

Hi Matthew,

Come let us reason together saith the Lord. I ask you to prayerfully consider what I say from the scriptures here....

Also, you should not have pointed your finger at the Kansas City prophets when you were in the same sin because this always brings judgment back on you as Paul said in Rom.2. {2 Cor.10:6} and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience shall be made full. Willful disobedience is not forgiven but always brings judgment. {Heb.10:26} For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more a sacrifice for sins, {27} but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which shall devour the adversaries.

God has done all of this because he loves you and wants to bring you to repentance. I also want to see this. God has just sent us a spirit filled private investigator that we have known for years to look into your past but I have no desire to do this. Please help me. When we stop our investigation it means we will sadly have to go to the next step.

God wants to forgive and deliver you now. I will give you my word that if you will confess your sin honestly from your heart, I and Bob will cast those spirits out of you and you will be free. ...And no one will hear or see our evidence again, unless you are caught doing the same thing. The few elders that know about this will be told simply that you repented and nothing more. You will be my close friend from my point of view. I love people to repent. I do it myself. Let your sins be cast in the depths of the sea, brother. Will you please consider this and let me know quickly?

In a week we got no answer back from Matthew. I dreaded going to the last step so I asked the Lord to give us a verse about going to the church with this because we don't want to do anything of our own mind. He gave me this verse below, which along with the following text says that I would tell the church and some would want their king anyway but he would plunder them and lead them into bondage.

{1 Sam.8:10} And Samuel told all the words of Jehovah unto the people that asked of him a king... {18} And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king whom ye shall have chosen you; and Jehovah will not answer you in that day.

{19} But the people refused to hearken unto the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay: but we will have a king over us...

Our UBM elders, which are 5 fold ministers, are in agreement but they have little bearing on Matthew. Only the elders of other ministries associated with him can do something for the church under them. I ask that you would examine the evidence below and if you have an important witnesses of this conduct from Matthew please inform us. We don't want any more young girls hurt as T has been.

I believe the first conversation that I had with Matthew Stephen was May 13, 2008. I can't really remember, but I think it was the first or second time I had talked to him that he had asked me to not tell anyone about our conversations, his reasoning was because he is involved in a ministry, and did not want any gossip. I believe it may have been the second conversation that I had with him that he began to make light sexual comments. I remember I kept trying to change the subject, because I was feeling uncomfortable. As time went by the sexual comments started to progress in vulgarity to the point I knew something was wrong, and I continued to seek counsel with Robert & Debra Stanley.

Also, I gave my password and user name to Robert and Debra Stanley to be able to print off my cell phone records. You should be receiving a copy from them of my incoming and outgoing calls between Matthew and I.

Robert Stanley: 06/23/2008

I have been counseling T since October 2006. I have had many phone conversations with her giving scriptural counsel. My wife, Debra, has had many more conversations with T of a more personal friendship nature and mentoring her as an older woman teaching a younger woman.

On May 11th or 12th, 2008, I had a long conversation with T about her desire and obsession of finding a husband and getting married and how it had become an idol and that she needed to repent and trust the Lord to send her the man of God that He has been preparing for her. I encouraged her to begin allowing the Lord to prepare her to be a true woman of God for the man of God the He would bring to her. She acknowledged her idolatry, repented and began to seek the Lord.

On May 13, Debra told me (via T) that Robin had given Matthew T's phone number. I sent an email off to Robin, asking her to call me as soon as possible. Robin called and I asked her to not encourage T in any way to pursue a relationship with anybody. Debra told me that T had gotten Matthew's phone number from his web site and that she had called him. Matthew told T that he would call her back.

Over the next number of days, Debra had numerous conversations with T. She had expressed that Matthew Stephen requested her to commit to him that she wouldn't say anything about their relationship and conversations to anybody. T expressed how difficult this was, as she needed counsel regarding Matthew and this new relationship. Initially, it seemed prudent that their relationship wasn't general knowledge. As time passed, T began asking questions and making comments that started raising concerns. The impression we got from T, even very early on - within the first week, was that Matthew was actively discussing marriage. It seemed as though it was something that he was quite interested in. Our concern was that this was premature and too early in their relationship to be so openly and seriously discussing marriage. Eventually, on May 24th, T said that Matthew "ok'd" her to talk to us about their relationship. It was in this conversation over a speakerphone, that Debra had a word of knowledge that Matthew Stephen had a spirit of lust. Debra commented to T that if Matthew had made any type of sexual comment to her, that he out of line an inappropriate. T's silence (in the form of a long pause) spoke volumes to us. Debra and I became quite concerned about what had been taking place and the true character of Matthew Stephen.

Debra had numerous conversations with T over the two weeks. It wasn't until Matthew was on his trip through the southern states that T divulged the extent of the sexual comments made by Matthew Stephen.

After becoming aware of the perverse comments that Matthew was making, I tried contacting him, to call him to repent and be delivered. I called on Thursday evening, June 12 and got Matthew's voice mail. I left a message identifying myself as an elder with Unleavened Bread Ministries and asked him to call me, as I would like to discuss something with him. I left my home phone number and asked him to call ASAP. After not hearing from Matthew, on Friday, the 13th, at 9:30 am PST (12:30 pm EST), I once again called Matthew. Matthew answered and I introduced myself. Matthew was exercising on a treadmill. He stated that he tried calling and wasn't able to get through. On our home phone, we have both an answering machine and voice mail. People generally do not have a difficult time leaving a message. If we receive a call and the caller does not leave a message, our voice mail still records the call as a missed call. We did not have any messages from Matthew, nor did we have any missed calls during that time period. It took Matthew a few minutes to catch his breath. During this time, I asked him how the meetings were going. He said that they were going very well. There was good attendance, etc. After a few minuets of "small talk", I stated that I had major concerns regarding some comments that he had made to T. I stated that I was calling to call him to repent of his actions (comments) and that he needed to be delivered from the spirit of lust and from a perverse spirit.

Matthew immediately attempted to divert the conversation and commented that he had been puzzled in how to break off contact and communication with T. He stated that she was continually calling him and that he was troubled in how to get her to stop calling without hurting her. I attempted to bring the conversation around to the comments he had made to T. I stated that T had told my wife Debra, who passed it on to me, that he had told T that he "wanted to spank her with" ...(as I phrased it to Matthew)... "a certain part of his anatomy". Matthew's response was to "laugh-it-off" and immediately turn any responsibility back to T and brought up her promiscuous past and how she was continually calling him. His response was to shift any blame and would in no way acknowledge any inappropriate comments. I pointed out that if there was any hidden sin in his life, he needed to repent. I told Matthew that the position he is in, by calling others to repent and turn from their wickedness or else there would be a death judgment, was in essence putting himself under that same death judgment if he didn't repent. I told him that because of the disparity between his position and what T had related to us and his denial of any such comments, I was going to have to take the matter to David. Matthew Stephen said that he'd prefer that I, as an elder of UBM and T and he work this out privately and not bring David into it. I informed Matthew that with as much exposure as he was getting on the UBM broadcasts, it would be irresponsible and negligent of me to not inform David. I asked if he was divorced, he said he and his wife had both signed the divorce papers, that the divorce was filed and they were in the "waiting period". I asked why they were divorcing. Matthew said that four years ago his wife had committed adultery and that she was the one who filed for the divorce. I told Matthew that he could not, under any circumstance, have any further communication with T. He agreed to not contact her.

(Unfortunately, this paragraph has graphic evidence of Matthew Stephen's perversion since no one can be convicted without it. If you don't need to read this stop here and skip this paragraph or let the husband in the house read it.) As a side note, unfortunately, it is necessary to present specific information regarding the type of sexual comments that were made to T. Matthew Stephen discussed his size when erect; specifically as being 9" and that he "wanted to spank her with it". Another example is that Matthew said, "It is hard for me. I have a strong desire all the time to have sex. On a trip, when I come back to a motel, I want to have my wife there and do it to her". Matthew was at Wal-Mart (while on his trip to the south) and told T that he was on a spiritual high. He told her that this is what he was talking to her about-a spiritual high that makes him get sexual. It was at that point that T said, "You're crazy". Then T called Debra and said, "He's crazy, just crazy". She opened up and revealed Matthew's sexual comments as I have stated them above.

Debra Stanley: 06/23/2008

Please understand that other than a Word of Knowledge from the Lord, all of this information came to me from T on virtually a day-to-day basis. I have never communicated with Robin in this matter.

One evening, I believe May 11th, Rob had a long conversation with T regarding the placing of an idol (pursuing a husband) before the Lord. He told her that she needed to seek the Father before anything or anyone else. He had spoken with T about this before, but this evening he made the point of doing what he could to get the point across to her. He expressed how important it was and she received this. She repented and started to seek the Lord, and Him only.

The next day, later in the day, I spoke with T and she had spending a lot of time that day in the Word (and I believe in worship). She sounded much better, not anxious nor edgy. She was desirous of following the counsel of the Lord to seek after Him.

I believe that it was the day after that T called telling me about a conversation that she had with Robin. I do not remember who called whom to start this whole thing off, but the gist of the conversation was that Robin told T, "You are getting married". Then, at some point, Robin gave Matthew T's phone number and told T that she wanted to give T Matthew's number. At this point, T called me asking what I thought she should do. I told her that she should just wait, keep seeking the Lord, and not to get all crazy. The next day when I talked with her, I told her that if she does get his number, not to call him. She needed to wait and see if he was going to call her. I talked with her about proper order, etc. Then, T said, "What if I already did call him?" We talked a bit about that. She had called him and I believe he said he would call her back. He did.

I do not remember hearing much from T for a few days. (Other than a conversation in which she told me that Matthew discussed their age difference. He is 53; she is 34.) He told her that he did not have a problem with it if she didn't. He also asked about children. Did she want to have any more? She did not commit one way or the other because she did not know what he wanted. When he said that he didn't want to have any more children, she said that she did not want to either. Then she and I talked a bit. She said she "didn't have anyone to talk with". Matthew had told her to keep everything quiet. He didn't want anything to get out to anyone. At this point, I told her that it could be that he is being protective of the ministry, in that I was sure that he had seen the wagging tongues and slander and malice over the years. I encouraged T to abide by his wishes until he thought it safe to release information. I thought it was good training for T if she was indeed going to be involved with someone in a formal ministry situation.

This went on for many days. T could not tell me anything and was exasperated. However, she did ask me questions. One such question again had to do with why he would want to keep it quiet. A few days went by. I talked with her daily, but she was like a little kid just bursting to talk about something.

Another question she had was about courtship. She wanted to know what a Godly courtship would look like. She was hinting around physical touch parameters without saying so. I was unsure if they had met in person just yet, but thought maybe she was just getting herself ready to approach this correctly. I told her about a young couple in our assembly and the parameters we have suggested for them. That seemed to answer her questions, but she still had an uneasiness about her. I took this to be her questioning of the unknown for when they actually did get to meet.

During this time, Rob asked her if, when speaking with Matthew, she had completely disclosed her relationship with her daughter's father. T said that she had for the most part, but that she would address the subject again with him so it was clear. She also told us that Matthew had something about a recent situation in his own life that had happened, but was taken care of.

She continued to almost be bursting at the seams. After ten days of this, Matthew gave his consent for her to talk with Rob and me, but only us, no one else. He told her that we would have to keep this to ourselves, as well. When she did talk to us the first time after his okay, (Saturday, May 24th), she was relieved to be able to talk with someone about some things. [At this point, however, there were still many things Matthew had not released her to talk about.] In this particular conversation with her, Rob and I were on the speakerphone with her as most of our three way conversations are. T was once again asking about the courtship guidelines. "What kind of things are they supposed to say?" Then, I saw it - a spirit of lust. (I had no reason for thinking such a thing. Currently, I had been thinking nothing but the best of Matthew as I was considering him to possibly be someone for T.) I told T that if he was speaking anything of a sexual nature to her that he was out of line. She did not reply to my comment. (It was, of course, because Matthew had told her to not mention such things.) I believe that it was in this particular conversation that T said that she had scene (dream or vision, I do not know) herself and her daughter (7 yr old) at the White House. Matthew had told T that he was going there and that there may be a possibility that she would be accompanying him. The other things in that conversation had to do with the excitement of finally being able to talk about some of these things - about him living in the mountains in Washington, about helping him in the ministry - "You know that you will have to talk with groups of people. Do you have any problems with standing beside me in front of large groups of people?" Then other comments about how the Lord told him that He would give him his Esther when he returned back to Washington after this trip. I do know that Rob talked with her at length during this phone time about purity of relationship before the Father. (I do not remember if all of these comments were from this particular conversation, but I think so.)

Rob and I were then talking with her multiple times a day. I could tell that there was still something bugging her, but knew it was not something she could discuss. I asked her a few times, "Are you okay?" She would respond with a "Well, yeah, I guess, there are just some things I don't get. But they are things that I, well...)

Matthew was preparing for his big trip and would be speaking in Costa Mesa on the 31st of May. He asked T to ask us to be sure to listen. We were in California at the time. We had had a go ahead from the Lord regarding going. Before we left for California, Matthew told T that the Lord had confirmed to him that something was indeed going to happen in CA during the month of June and he wasn't supposed to be there. It concerned T that we would be there at that time. We were careful to seek the Lord in this regard. Boy! Is He faithful. Anyway, we did watch and listen to Matthew on Saturday, May 31st. This was the first time I had the thought, "Okay, let's see some verification of past dated dreams/visions with the verification of those things being manifest in the physical". I did not speak this to anyone, but caution was there.

I continued to talk with her daily, sometimes numerous times. It seemed that she needed to have someone to just be with her. She was confused about the things he was saying and the things she felt the Lord was showing her. He was talking to her about traveling. He told her that she knew she needed to get out of Grand Rapids. He told her many times, "Why don't you just go stay with those people in Oregon"., "Can't you just go stay with the people in Oregon?"

I remember T saying one time that this trip was taking a toll on him. She said that he was exhausted. She and I talked about a trip like this, the number of hours involved, the numbers of people groping at you and wanting your time, etc. She said that a number of times she had told him that they needed to hang up 'cuz he was so tired and needed rest. His reply was, "No, I just want to talk to you".

On Sunday, June 8th, T was talking to us about getting the paperwork in order to move out of state. [T's daughter's father has to okay T moving out of state before court authorities. Or, if he does not contest it, they can leave.] Matthew was encouraging her to do so. He told her that she really wouldn't even have to go through all of that because he knows another woman with a child that just left the state and they never came after her.

On either Wednesday, June 10th, or Thursday, June 11th, T called me. She was very upset. She started just talking, not making much sense really. I started asking her some questions and then the dam broke loose. She said, "Ya know, I just don't care anymore. I don't care if he gets upset. He's crazy. He's just crazy". She was crying almost uncontrollably and was deeply hurt. She was going on about him being at a Wal-Mart and talking crazy. (This is when I found out that his "talking crazy" was of a sexual nature. She had used this term before when speaking about him, but whenever I tried to pin her down, she said, "Never mind".) She said, "Here he's going into a store, nonetheless. What is he thinking? This is just wrong! He's crazy". She continued on, no specifics. I then got the sickest feeling in my stomach. I knew that I had been up against this spirit before - a perverse spirit. I did not tell her what I knew. I just kept trying to calm her down and listen to her. At some point I said to her, "Don't have any other contact with him T". She said, "Like I want to. Why would I want to do that?" We had much time on the phone that afternoon/evening, as she was now able to TALK.

Here are some things that had been bothering her:

He had speaking things of a sexual nature to her. He was telling her she was his bride. She knew that secular men had made sexual comments to her, but didn't know what to expect from a godly man. She thought it should be different than this and that's why she asked me all of those questions about courtship.

One of the other things that stands out in my mind is this comment: "God had told me that I was going to marry a woman named T who was 5'7". [This was after he already knew her height.] In fact, when I was marrying Mary [his current wife of 25 years...in process of divorce], I said to the Lord, "Hey, what about T, 5'7"? Whatever happened to her?"

Another thing that she mentioned to Rob and me was the following conversation:

M "Have you been fixed?" because the Lord had told him he would not be raising any more children.

T "Wait. Wait a minute. You knew I had a child from the beginning. I'm not going to go to a doctor".

M "Then what are you going to do?"

T "Wait on the Lord. Trust Him".

Two things of a spiritual nature that I remember bothering her:

(1) She brought up his confirmation from the Lord regarding disaster in CA in June. "Remember when I told you that? That seemed weird to me. 'What do you mean you got confirmation? You are already speaking to everyone. Shouldn't you have gotten conformation before telling everyone?"

(2) On the UBM broadcast June 4th, Matthew said that he knows how to interpret dreams, but the Lord has told him not to do so. If you have a dream, he told the listening audience, that God would show them the meaning. That night on the phone, T asked him about this as we do a lot of dreams with interpretation in UBM and in Bread of Life (our fellowship here). He told her that he knows how to interpret dreams, but just doesn't like to. Big difference, T realized, between God telling you something and you just not liking to do it.

I contacted Matt Stephen via telephone back in, I believe, April 2008, after reading numerous revelations, prophecies, and reviewing his Map of Destruction on his web site. My intent was to ask Matt for a more specific word, if he had any, as regards the prophetic future of the city where I currently live. This phone contact was made in early to mid April 2008, though I cannot recall the date. T says he first called her on May 13, so I do believe I would have had my three or so telephone conversations with Matt at the very least one full month and a half before May 13.

In the first phone conversation I had with Matt he did indeed mention his troubles with women following him around wherever he traveled to issue his prophetic warnings. There was at least one married woman who minced no words about desiring some kind if inappropriate relationship with Matt, this according to Matt, of course. He told me at one location he went to this married woman came in and sat down and he looked right at her and asked her: Where's your husband?, or words to that effect. He let me know he was bothered by the forwardness of women.

Matt was very frank about his desire to remarry. Said he is divorced. (David's note: According to the records, Matthew's divorce would not be final until July 25th.) Impression I got was that he has been divorced for quite some time, maybe I thought years, but I can't remember how long I thought he had been divorced, just that he had been divorced and his kids were grown or nearly so. I did not discuss his marriage with him much at all.

Based on what Matt told me about women chasing him around and how annoyed he sounded about it, I told him, Leave all women alone; most of them are crazy anyway. Just leave women alone if you possibly can. Matt confided in me that he was alone and wanted to remarry, though, that he really couldn't be alone though he was well aware of scriptural admonition that it's better if you don't get married. As the scripture also says, not everyone can receive this saying. I felt sorry for Matt. I also was well aware he was telling me all this to see if maybe I might be interested. No direct question was raised to me, but by the gist of the conversation I was not blind to his intent. I simply wasn't interested in biting that carrot, so to speak, so I very consciously did not suggest any possibility of interest on my part.

Over the ensuing weeks between early April and early May, I believe I talked to Matt another one or two times by phone. He was quite personable, friendly, straight forward, seemed honest. In his loneliness he compared himself to Jeremiah. He was also sounding like he was doing a lot of running around and spending late nights writing down what the Lord was telling him to write as far as prophetic warnings of things to come. He sounded tired and at the very least in dire need of meaningful conversation with Godly persons, Christian community. I thought about Matt's situation regarding his desire for a wife. He just wanted a Godly woman; that was his major desire, his major concern.

Matt was on UBBS first before May 13. For a few days or a week before this T came into my mind as possibly someone who might be good for Matt. I did not like the age difference and pushed her out of my mind several times. But she kept coming to mind anyway. I figured maybe it was that little nudge from the Lord that he wanted me to introduce them. Finally, the morning after Matt had been on UBBS, T came heavily to my mind again and I decided to call her and ask her permission to give her number to Matt. I told T I had someone I wanted her to meet. I gave only his first name, the state where he lives, and T wanted to know where I knew him from. I told her UBM and she was very glad to hear that. She quizzed me for his last name, but I would not tell her. She told me she thought she knew who it was; I told her I knew she knew who it was. We went back and forth until I told her to tell me who she thought it was. She guessed it was Matt Stephen. Knowing T as I do, I knew she knew anyway. The night before when he was on UBBS she had a very strong knowing that she really wanted to meet this Matt; that he would have something important to do with her life, possibly a marriage. Indeed this very subject had come up with Deb Stanley only that morning before I'd called her to ask for permission to pass her number on to Matt.

T was excited about the prospect of meeting Matt; said she'd thought a great deal about him, mentioned how impressed she was with his presentation to the UBBS family, and felt very strongly agreeable to talking to him. She gave me permission to give her number. I emailed Matt and told him I would like him to meet a Godly woman I know. I believe Matt called me that day and we talked a little while about T. He said he'd call her.

T had been counseling only that morning or night before with Deb Stanley and Deb had just been telling her that an older and more mature man would be the likely best choice for T, so that was sort of a confirmation for T and Deb and I that, well, maybe this could be a good match. Frankly, a Ruth and Boaz situation occurred to my mind.

T in her excitement looked up Matt's phone number on his web site and called him first, which was of concern to both myself and Rob Stanley. Rob had called me to talk about the impending match-up with concern that she might call him first. We were hoping she'd just wait for him to call her. Oh well.

Early on Matt sequestered T by warning her not to talk to anybody about their conversations. I respected that just because I thought it made sense, him having the calling on his life that he does. Makes sense he can't be too careful. None of their private conversation, it seemed to me, was anybody else's business until something developed that needed to be presented to David. I never considered it would be something negative though. I expected a marriage between two obviously Godly people. Such is clearly not the case.

I had only a very, very few conversations with T once she began talking with Matt, so early on what scant information I had was that things were "going good" according to T. At no time did T tell me there was anything untoward being said by Matt. After a recently prophetic video conference Matt participated in with Vince Xavier, Benjamin Baruch, and Patricia Xavier out in Temecula, California, I called T to see what she thought of Matt's appearance. She was okay with it. Their telephone conversations continued. T said he would generally call her pretty much each night.

Then I did not hear from T until last week she called me and was nervous just because she'd sent him a picture of her via email and wondered what he would think of her appearance. Still nothing was said about anything untoward being said by Matt. Apparently T was in regular contact, though, with her UBM assigned counselors the Stanleys and quite a different story was already emerging of Matt's character, and it was certainly not good as I have been informed as of yesterday 6/14 by David Eells.

Looking back, I will state that Matt struck me as a bit cocky, which I chalked up to his important calling. Perhaps over time he'd calm down, I thought, and resist the temptation to give in to going overboard with pride. It is obvious now that he struggles with some considerable pride issues though. (David's note: Both myself and Bob have received witness of a spirit of pride in Matthew, which is usually dealt with by the Lord through failure.)

When he was on the Daniel Ott show, www.theedgeam.com, a phone call came in from a woman who wished to inform the Ott listening audience of an existing domestic violence complaint against Matt. This phone call was deemed not necessarily credible by Daniel Ott and I am sure others listening as well, certainly by me, and who knew that she wasn't just an angry ex-wife looking for revenge. Now I wonder what that is really all about.

I talked to T for quite a while Saturday the 14th and she was quite upset about the spiral downward in Matt's conversation with her over time. She informed me he'd really caused her some confusion with his wild sex talk and had merely played with her head, so to speak, in many ways with his illicit language and increasingly domineering manner. One thing that particularly upset her is that though Matt knew before he called her that she is the mother of one young child, he began asking her if she would give custody of the child to the bio dad, (who is, from T's report, no good at all, irresponsible and basically flinging himself from relationship to relationship anyway) in order to devote herself to full-time travel with him as his wife. This among the many other selfish and perverse things stated by Matt to T served to confuse this young woman who had done yeoman's work over the last two years to straighten out and Christianize her own personal walk with the Lord; as now she struggled to try to understand how a Christian courtship should actually be conducted. She knew how secular men had talked to her in the past, but she did not expect such vulgar talk from a Christian man who seemed to have such a major and Godly prophetic call on his life. She in the recent end became greatly disturbed, disgusted and angry and desired that he not call her anymore. Rob Stanley has also talked to Matt and told him it would be unwise for him to continue calling T at all. Matt so far as I know has respected that advice and ceased calling.

T did inform me of the increasing difficulty of getting the truth out of Matt as regards whether he was talking to other women also and talking to them in the same manner as he was talking to T; that is, at once being romantic but then vulgar and drawing women in with false promises and lurid suggestion. She caught him in a number of lies. Innuendo became the dominating theme of their conversations.

Both I and the Stanleys would tell you that T for her part is a young woman who's been through a lot of dysfunction in her life and has not had the benefit of much good parenting. Her parents divorced when T was young, she being the eldest of four children, and she was raised by her mom primarily. Both parents are remarried to different people and T has basically been set adrift to fend for herself. The Stanleys, I believe, are the closest thing to parental guidance that T has had the last year and one-half. I have been sort of an adjunct friendly counsel to T for about that long also. T has learned very quickly how to set boundaries around herself so as to not allow men to just run roughshod over her life, demanding her time and energy. She has kept herself out of trouble by counseling extensively with the Stanleys and has been diligent to follow their Godly counsel, so far as I know. I've had no bad reports from the Stanleys about T and I have none to give myself based on my numerous telephone conversations with her. There is a lot of good in T and she strives earnestly to live Godly as she ought.

Here is a short sequence of events of June 13, 2008 in Little Rock, AR.

I pulled in to the Royal Arms Hotel parking lot in West Little Rock around 6:15 PM. I observed Matthew Stephen and a young lady walking from the back of his car and into the hotel. I got out and went inside and introduced myself to Matthew and the young lady. As I remember, he introduced her as his intercessor from AR.

We talked a few minutes and then I had Matthew follow me over to the meeting place. The young lady got back in the car with Matthew. She was an attractive 35 to 40-year-old lady, dressed like a businesswoman. During the one break we had at the meeting, Matthew's attention was entirely on her. I had to go to the men's room for a minute. When I got back they were conferring together. They had a quiet conversation almost the whole time. It was pretty obvious to any that were around, that that picture didn't look right.

After the meeting was over, instead of staying around and seeing if anyone had any questions or even to fellowship, Matthew and the lady abruptly left together. The whole thing didn't seem right to me or others there. I remember what Lester Summeral said one time when he picked up a lady on the highway because of car trouble. She started to get in the front seat and he stopped her and told her to get in the back. The front seat was reserved only for his wife. In other words, there shouldn't be any sign of impropriety on the part of anyone calling himself a Christian, especially someone recognized as a Prophet of God. I have talked with some of the people that were in attendance since then, and there were concerns about the incident. So it didn't go unnoticed.

(Kathy, a young lady, was staying in a hotel room with Matthew when he was corrected by elders. He says he has now married her but without a license and before his divorce. That's at least two, counting T, and a possibility of three young women.)

Greetings from Arkansas, my name is Richard Fuller. I am a former Southern Baptist minister who was ordained and commissioned as an apostle in July of 2005 in a Southern Baptist church, believe it or not. My wife and I have been ministering in the last few years in the US, Central America, Dominican Republic and Africa. God has opened a door for us to move to Greece this fall to do an apostolic work (planting churches). I share this with you to give God all the glory for what He is doing through His people and to give you a little history of the ministry God has called me into.

Michael Hare asked that I e-mail you about the recent Matthew Stephen meeting in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 13, 2008. For some time, I have been watching, judging and testing according to Scripture a lot of the so-called prophecies being spoken about America. I've been interested in many that I have read because of the witness in my spirit by the Holy Spirit and also how some of the prophecies line up with Scripture. I have a very close friend who is a true prophet of God who has traveled with me on many trips to other countries ministering the Word of God. He has had many dreams and visions of what is coming to America if America will not repent and turn to God. Let me also say, I appreciate very much all of the information; teaching, prophecies and testimonies that you share on your website. Getting back to the reason I am emailing you, I had some problems with some of what I saw or perceived in the meeting in Little Rock with Matthew. To be honest, I was very close to standing and in love bringing rebuke to Matthew. I did not feel that I had a platform at that time to bring rebuke nor do I feel it would have been received. I was not going to say anything about how I felt until a week or so after the meeting when Bro. Michael called me to see what I had thought of the meeting. It was at this time I shared my perceptions with him. I felt there was an integrity issue when Matthew entered the meeting with a woman who was not his wife whom he called one of his intercessors. When I arrived at the meeting and met Bro. Michael for the first time, I asked him where Matthew was and he told me that Matthew was out in the car praying with a woman. This raised strong integrity issues not only in the natural due to appearance but also in my spirit. As a matter of fact, my wife and I discussed this issue as soon as the meeting was ended and we saw Matthew and this lady rush out to the parking lot to leave. If I'm not mistaken, they left the building before anyone else did.

A few days ago I awoke early in the morning and I believe I was led by the Spirit to go to Matthew's website and read one of the prophecies he had written back in 2002 called "War is Coming". At the end of the document, he talks about his view of five fold ministry and how he believes that he can walk in all five of the offices at any time. This type of theology with respect to these five ascension gift ministries (Ephesians 4) has caused Matthew to become somewhat of a lone ranger. No plurality many times means no accountability. When a supposed man or woman of God walks alone apart from the ministry offices given to the body of Christ (Ephesians 4) he or she can very easily fall prey to the Jezebel spirit, which can destroy the man or woman of God through control, manipulation, sexual immorality, etc.. If what I have heard from Michael and felt in my own spirit is true, Matthew not only needs our prayers but he also needs to be confronted in love and given the opportunity to repent. I believe it would help if he is approached by someone whom he knows and maybe trusts.

On a more personal note, at the end of the meeting Matthew began giving what I sometimes call pillow prophecies to different individuals. I believe very much in the nine gifts of manifestation of the Spirit such as word of knowledge and have operated in this gift many times but I did not receive a witness in my spirit with all of the words of knowledge given that night. Matthew spoke a word to me that neither my wife nor I received as being from God. Immediately after the meeting, as Matthew was gathering his things to leave, I asked him if God had said anymore to him about Greece since he had prophesied about the earthquake that happened in Greece a few weeks earlier and he said God had told him that many people would move to Greece from the US and it would become a spiritual hub for that region of the world. I told him that was very interesting because my wife and I were moving there this fall to do an apostolic work. He looked at me very funny (possibly because the word he had given me earlier didn't match with me doing apostolic work) and he then quickly went to ask Michael for the directions to his hotel and he and the lady left the building.

I hope some of this information helps. Judging and having to bring rebuke to a member of the body of Christ is the part of ministry that we may not particularly care to do but according to Scripture it is very necessary. There could be tremendous damage done to the body of Christ if this situation is not dealt with, especially with respect to the true prophetic ministry. I have confidence in the Lord that you will do this with much love. I will be in prayer for you and others who will be involved.

Please pray for Matthew to repent and be restored. Eternal life is more important than the pleasures of sin for a season. Ministers, please insist that he repent before loosing him on the poor flocks.

I did call him today to try one more time to reason with him and this time he picked up. I told him again that we would be glad to pray for him if he would just confess his sin. He cut me off saying, "We have decided that we are not going there. Stephen Benning is here and other brethren. This girl just has a problem". It is clear that he is seeking division. So I told him about all the witnesses that he was traveling with a young woman. (We have three other written witnesses that he appeared to be doing this but there are a lot more who have seen this in conferences. I had just gotten off the phone with a respected prophet, Vincent Xavier, who said that he had discovered Matthew staying in a hotel room with a young girl, Kathy. He told him that traveling with this girl at least gave the appearance of sin and wasn't right. I respect him for this as being one of the few who would obey the Word and stand up for Jesus. So Matt came back later and told them that he went and got married and had the paperwork and everything. (I was sent this from Gary: "Matthew admitted on The Edge video that he didn't have a marriage license, so he did marry himself... it's easier to divorce yourself that way when she is no longer needed".) I told him he should ask to see those papers because he has said his divorce isn't final until the 25th, over a week later. So either we have another lie or we have polygamy. Another well respected pastor told me that Matthew was traveling with a woman and he disapproved of it. So if he was so close with her that he decided to marry her after traveling with her the question begs to be asked what was he doing with her before he married her.)

So I told Matthew about the correction from his brethren and the witnesses who saw him at the meetings with the woman. He said, "That has never happened and they are all lying. I have never traveled with another woman in my life". I said, "Then ALL the witnesses including your brethren are lying and only you are telling the truth?" He said, "who are they?" I said that I wouldn't say because I didn't have permission.

While we were speaking he said into the phone, "My wife hasn't traveled with me in a long time". I said, "You are putting on a show for the others. I didn't say anything about your wife and you know it". I knew it was a lying spirit and so gave up, telling him thank you and goodbye.

Notice what another Matthew wrote for God about those who prophesy and think they are justified by that while they live in sin:

{Mt.7:21} Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven. {22} Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works? {23} And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

It has come to our attention that some elders out there are accepting Matthews words against us. I want to remind you that you are forbidden to receive this. {1 Tim.5:19} Against an elder receive not an accusation, except at [the mouth of] two or three witnesses. At the same time they do not receive the many witnesses that have come forward of their own will. Jesus said, {Jn.8:17} Yea and in your law it is written, that the witness of two men is true.


Darren: July 10, 2008

A while back when I had heard Matthew Stephen speak I had went over to his website and he refers to himself as Pastor Matthew Stephen. I had mentioned it to Rory the next time we had spoken and something did not seem to be right. I had unrest and did not know why.

This morning I opened my bible up to Acts 5 in regards to Ananias and Sapphira lying to the Holy Spirit. I reflected on this word and went on with my day. Later on I was in my office. I opened up a bible I just got in today. I just bought one of the 1901 ASV large margin editions from High Village Publishing. When I opened it up, it fell open to Acts chapter 5 again and I felt in my spirit that there was something the Lord was speaking to me. I prayed at that point for the Lord to show me.

I then began to listen to last night's bible study. I forwarded it to later on in the study and heard you mention Acts 5 again in regards to the brother. This was the third time I heard the same word this morning.

This was a confirmed word to me in regards to the brother. I pray that he will repent and receive the correction from the Lords word. ({Acts 5:3} But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thy heart to lie to the Holy Spirit... {4}... thou has not lied unto men, but unto God. {5} And Ananias hearing these words fell down and gave up the ghost... Willfully lying to God's elders over and over will bring at least spiritual death and a dead conscience is proof of this.)

I am writing to you about the conversation that you have had with T. I was talking to her on June 29th after the bible study, and we were discussing dreams. I had asked her to pray for me concerning me having dreams. That night I had probably the most vivid dream I have ever had (vivid part) with me and T in it. Anyway during the dream she and I were running from false prophets who were chasing us. They were not catching us however, they were all dying. I knew this was going on in my spirit.

Few days later I had spoken to T about this dream and she told me that, she looked in her dream journal and had a dream the same night telling me she was running from false prophets.


All we ask is that you not attack the witnesses but look at the evidence, ask God and be honest. How many witnesses of moral misconduct unbecoming a minister are needed? God says two or three. We have not lied, only shown the witnesses and more are coming. We did not want to go to this last step. It would have been easier to sweep it under the rug as the rest. We only sent this to a few elders of other ministries. We asked nothing of them but God said they were responsible for the church under them. We only posted this when lies were coming out all over the Internet.

We ask for prayer for Matthew and those he has deceived that God would open all eyes. If there is anything amiss in what we have said, pray that God would show us but under the circumstances we cannot trust Matthew's word.

A Message from Bob of Spirit 1 Radio

Dear Brethren,

My name is Bob - of Spirit 1 Broadcasting. It is with a very heavy heart I write this. However, as many of you may already know, on July 10, 2008, I had to suspend Matthew Stephen's program on Spirit 1 Radio. I had not planned on any of this - suspending his program or writing this note! However, since brother Matthew Stephen, AKA Matthew Steven Moranor, did see fit to fail to repent for a multitude of sins and since he accused me of hijacking "his" program on Spirit 1 Radio - and because of what I believe the book of Mathew states - I felt obligated to write this note.

I did get on the air at the time when Matthew's program was scheduled. However, three points that need to be made clear here are: First and foremost - Matthew was originally offered some free airtime on Spirit 1 Radio. After a few weeks on the air he and I spoke about him having more airtime and also having brother Michael Boldea on the air. I offered brother Matthew a deal on the additional airtime. I told him he could have the additional hour per week and Brother Boldea could have an hour a week also for $350.00 per month. He said he would talk to brother Michael and get back with me.

Then a few days passed and Matthew called me back, telling me that he had talked with Pastor Boldea and that they would do the programs and he (Matthew) would pay half the cost and Michael Boldea would pay his half. This would be a total of $175.00 per month each. I did not talk with Pastor Boldea and took the word of Matthew and did not even ask either one to sign an agreement. I had only done this with one other brother - and it was done out of trust. In fact, I did not even speak with Brother Boldea at this point.

Months had passed and no money was received. When brother Matthew was asked about it, he said he was sending some money - then days later stated he sent a money order. Weeks passed by and still no money or money order. He asked if I had gotten it and I told him no and suggested he take the receipt to where he purchased it and file a lost claim. Matthew then stated the receipt was in his son's car and he would have to talk with his son. Then the car was sold with the papers in it and it was a long story - one after another. Then he did send a money order for $100. And when we broadcast his program live from Dalton, Georgia he gave my wife (who handles the funds) $100 and that was all that was paid on a $1000 debt.

I tell you these things because Matthew saw fit to send an email to those on his mailing list stating that I had hijacked 'his" airtime. Well, the fact is, he stole airtime from Spirit 1 Broadcasting and to top it all off he lied to me. I contacted brother Michael Boldea and asked him if Matthew had ever had the conversation that he (Matthew) claimed to have about the money he and brother Boldea were to have paid. Brother Mike told me he did not ever have any talk with brother Matthew about money for airtime. This alone would be reason enough to cancel or suspend Matthew's program - or at least the time that he was to be paying for. This is stealing from our ministry and is not very Christ-like!

As for witnesses against him: On the day Matthew and I had this talk about the airtime and the cost, my wife was present and since I had Matthew on speaker phone - as I often do, she heard every word. For the record, I told brother Michael Boldea he could remain on the air and we would NOT charge him a dime. In addition, Michael will not be doing his program with Matthew, stating that he would not be involved with Matthew until this matter of sin is resolved.

This whole thing is NOT about money. It is about integrity. In fact, it was not until brother Matthew had made sexual comments to a sister in brother David Eells' ministry that Matthew's program was finally suspended - even with him owing the ministry money! His program was suspended due to his own actions involving the sin of lies and a promiscuous lifestyle. I spoke with the woman who accused him and asked her many questions. This was done in the presence of a prophetic friend - who also has discernment - and we both agreed that she was telling the truth. In addition, there are phone records that back up what she said. The phone records show Matthew called her at all hours of the night - and it was very frequent. When I asked Matthew about these calls he stated that he did call her but he was counseling her. I am a pastor and I have counseled many - I am a married man - just as he was at that time and even so, I would see no reason to talk to a single woman at 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00 AM for counseling. The only reason that could happen is if she were suicidal and she was and is not! At her request I will not give her name here.

I did go on the air on July 10th at the scheduled time of Matthew Stephen's program to explain why he would not be on the air. This is not hijacking; it is my obligation to our listeners who are the sheep of God.

I went on the air to try in my own feeble way to offer a reason to the listeners for suspending Matthew's program but in an effort to bring clarity and truth to the matter it was pointed out to me that I should have gone into more detail about his sin. So I will attempt to do this in honesty and truth. Mathew 18:15 states: "And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother".

Because Matthew insisted on attempting to justify his actions and give the people of God the excuse that he was being attacked by the enemy and to insinuate that brother David Eells and I were attacking him without cause, and since I got an email with the suggestion that I should have had Matthew on the air to defend himself, I not only agreed to have Matthew Stephen on with the writer of the email but also sent a letter to Matthew inviting him to come on the air and face his accusers and the witnesses against him. He did not respond to the email, and instead chose to go on The Edge Radio Program and defend his case with no witnesses; interestingly, he did exactly what he had accused me of doing - getting on the air and giving my side without his being there to defend himself. This rather than face his accusers! What is it that he has to hide? If he is innocent of all the accusations against him why won't he face those who accuse him in an open forum?

I attempted to speak with Matthew a week or so before his program about accusations against him of sexual immorality against a sister in David Eells' Bible study group. He denied that he had done anything. I warned him that God gave me the gift of discernment and if he was not telling the truth I would know - and I said that I would speak with those involved and also discern the truth. I did just that. He, in fact, according to this girl, did make sexual and ungodly comments to her and as I said earlier, two witnesses to the conversation who have discernment are in agreement that he was not being honest. I also asked him in order to avoid this going public and before the church if he would do a three-way call between David Eells, myself and him to settle this matter and he flat out refused. I also told him he had a serious issue of pride. In almost all of his appearances you will hear him say, 'I predicted this... and this happened... and I predicted that... and that happened'... At the conference in Georgia that we broadcast live, he had printouts from various sources; holding them up, he said, "I said this would happen and it did - here is proof..". This was troubling - not because he was showing that what he said would happen did - but because as he so often seems to do - he gives God little or no credit. I told him instead of saying I said this and it came to pass, why not say God showed me this and this came to pass? I told him pride comes before the fall. He said, "Well, yea, sometimes I do that, and um, you're right". However, it is not sometimes; it is nearly all the time, when it should be none of the time. To God be the glory!

Some days prior to my talking with Matthew, I had spoken with David Eells and was informed that David made about three attempts to get the brother to repent and he failed to do it then. I spoke with him to give him the chance to tell the truth and repent. I offered him the chance to speak with David and myself in a conference call and he said he would not talk with David and he did not see the need. Yet the Bible states: Mathew 18:16 "but if he hears thee not, take with thee one or two more, that at the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may be established". He refused and will not humble himself so we are left at the next verse: Mathew 18:17 "and if he refuses to hear them, tell it unto the church: and if he refuses to hear the church also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican".

I find no pleasure in any of this. I know that we all can fall into sin. We are all human and I do love brother Matthew and it broke my heart to have to cut his program and explain to the listeners why. David gave him three or four chances to repent - and I gave him a chance to repent. Yet Matthew, rather than take that opportunity, chose to accuse everyone of lying. I asked everyone to pray for him and us - and I again ask for this grace. I do want to make one thing clear, however. I do this because the scriptures demand it. I do this also because as Pastor of Spirit 1 Radio, I am accountable to God's children. I cannot with a clear conscience have a man who I know is in sin on the air, especially someone claiming to be a prophet.

If he (Matthew) is a liar about some things, what else is he a liar about? If he gives false prophecies he would bring shame on God's ministry. As pastor I am responsible for the flock - this flock is not mine, nor David's, nor Matthew's - it is God's flock and we are to be the shepherds watching over and protecting the flock. I know there are many who judge me for doing what I did and I say judge me if you will by the scripture - or judge me not at all. I also say, I will do as the Lord God commands no mater what the cost. God judges us pastors much more harshly than his sheep. I must do what is right and stand up even at the cost of my very life to do what God would have me do. I am not a hireling. I will not run from the truth nor will I run from persecution - if it is in the name of Jesus - I stand ready. God bless you.

Matthew, please pay Bob what you gave your word you would pay him and pay Michael Boldea's half because you lied and did not make an agreement with him. Bob has to pay out about $6000 a month to keep his network on the air. You are stealing from his ministry and those who support it. God calls that a thief. You told me that you wouldn't stay in people's homes and we know why. You told me that you would only stay in a hotel that has a gym. If you can afford this lifestyle you can afford to pay Bob. If you can't afford it, then you are not sent by God for he pays the bills of His messengers and without all your begging.

Why are so many witnesses testifying that this man is a womanizer, liar, prideful and now a thief? None of these will enter the kingdom, according to the Word. Jesus said in {Jn.8:17} Yea and in your law it is written, that the witness of two men is true. Some of you have decided not to believe Jesus in this. Matthew called all these witnesses and elders liars and hypocrites on national radio without one witness. Saints, you are commanded not to receive an accusation against an elder without two or three witnesses but he expects you to disobey the Lord with him and accept it because he is wiser than God. He expects you to receive a lie against elders because, after all, he is Matthew Stephen or Steven or Moranor. What arrogance and what foolish people to disobey Jesus Christ our Lord.

What is it that the harlot and her false prophets don't understand about obedience? Read this very slowly and decide who is obeying Jesus here. {Mt.18:15} And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. {16} But if he hear [thee] not, take with thee one or two more, that at the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may be established. {17} And if he refuse to hear them, tell it unto the church: Notice also that the command is not to bring him before the church but tell it to the church. So when we obey this, the lawbreaker stands up and complains that we are hypocrites for simply giving the victims a voice against the predator. Shame on you, Jezebel, and you, false prophet! Obey God and come out from among them and live, for the rest of the text says, if he refuse to hear the church (Greek: Called out ones) also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican.

Notice what it takes to be a false prophet. First of all, a prophet is not merely one who prophesies, for ye can all prophesy one by one. A prophet is an office in the church, an elder, meaning one who is an overseer because he is mature in the faith. Now even though Matthew prophesies and by his own witness, which is not credible, he has hundreds of fulfilled prophecies, he cannot be a prophet. Let's see what Jesus says: {Mt.7:15} Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. (Now He did not say that he did not prophesy but that he was a false prophet because he is a predator. Balaam prophesied perfectly but he was a predator and taught God's people fornication. {Num.22:38} And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to speak anything? the word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak. {2 Pet.2:15} forsaking the right way, they went astray, having followed the way of Balaam the [son] of Beor, who loved the hire of wrong-doing; {Rev.2:14} But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there some that hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication. (If nothing else he is guilty of a spiritual form of fornication.) {Mt.5:27} Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt not commit adultery: {28} but I say unto you, that every one that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.)

Back to our original text: {Mt.7:1516} By their fruits ye shall know them. Do [men] gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? (The fruits that are witnessed above are rotten.) {17} Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but the corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. {18} A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. {19} Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. {20} Therefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

{21} Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven. {22} Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works? (Notice they did prophesy and Jesus did not say that was false. Notice in the original language they were not abiding "IN" the name but were merely using the name. Notice they are false prophets because they did not obey in their own personal life.) {23} And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. {24} Every one therefore that heareth these words of mine, and doeth them, shall be likened unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock: {25} and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and if fell not: for it was founded upon the rock. {26} And every one that heareth these words of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand: {27} and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and smote upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall thereof.

So, harlot church, if you keep on following your false prophets you will end up with them. Welcome to the "last days", folks. {2 Tim.3:1} But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come. {2} For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents (Father God and Mother Church), unthankful, unholy, {3} without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, {4} traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; {5} holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof: from these also turn away. Matthew, you are batting almost 1000 here.

{6} For of these are they that creep into houses, and take captive silly women laden with sins, led away by divers lusts, {7} ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. {8} And even as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also withstand the truth. Men corrupted in mind, reprobate concerning the faith. {9} But they shall proceed no further. For their folly shall be evident unto all men, as theirs also came to be.

{10} But thou didst follow my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, patience, {11} persecutions, sufferings. What things befell me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured. And out of them all the Lord delivered me. {12} Yea, and all that would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. {13} But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. Deceivers are wolves who look like sheep. Pray that God help you to see under the false exterior for the truth; we have.

Obey the Church fathers and God, Saints. {14} But abide thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them. {15} And that from a babe thou hast known the sacred writings which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. {16} Every scripture inspired of God [is] also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness. {17} That the man of God may be complete, furnished completely unto every good work. Which scriptures would you have us disobey, Jezebel? Notice you will never be complete people of God until you obey these verses, too. {1 Tim.5:20} Them that sin reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.

True Church, thank God for the few victims and ministers who will stand up and be heard for the Church of Jesus' sake. Demand that these ministers who are sticking up for this man obey God's Word. Post this link in the blogs and columns so the witnesses can be heard. Stop supporting wickedness, becoming a partaker in other men's sins. Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.

Balaam Prophets Teach Fornication, Polygamy, Adultery

Matthew Stephen and Stephen Benning have been hired by their flesh to pervert the Word of the Lord and teach what Balaam taught. {2 Pet.2:15} forsaking the right way, they went astray, having followed the way of Balaam the [son] of Beor, who loved the hire of wrong-doing; {Rev.2:14} But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there some that hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication.

Fornication is translated from the Greek word "Porneia", which according to Vines Expository Dictionary means any illicit sexual intercourse. In other words, fornication is the broad word that covers adultery, polygamy, homosexuality, bestiality, masturbation, etc. Prophet Michael, who also spoke to Matthew, prophesied of his addiction to pornography (Porneia), as I did also through the word of knowledge in the beginning.

These men are teaching God's people fornication, as Balaam was.

Vincent Xavier, the prophet/pastor who rebuked Matthew, found that he was staying with his then girl friend in the same hotel room. So Matthew went to Stephen Benning, who married him without a marriage license, because the law forbids his marriage until his divorce was to be final almost four weeks later on the 25th of July. God's law also forbids this marriage, as we will see. This makes him a polygamist and fornicator. He just couldn't wait. God calls that being ruled by lust. He didn't have a marriage license and was not divorced yet.

Jesus forbade divorce between believers, excepting for fornication. We were told that Matthew began the divorce procedure. They said there was no fornication on her part and that the divorce came about because of domestic abuse on his part, with a restraining order imposed if he became verbally abusive. Below is an attempt to pervert the people by showing that this behavior is right.

Matthew Steven: No, I didn't marry myself and um the problem we have with American Christianity 101 and those that follow that law of American Christianity 101 which is against God's law is that the ecclesiastical order of the scriptures never said anything about in bed with Caesar and getting married under some marriage license of any state okay and in that situation um there is a lot of people that have a problem with that (Yes, people and God have a problem with that for He said we are to obey all of man's laws. Be subject to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake. We are to be above reproach before ALL men; Christians and lost. We are not to be seen as law breakers for the sake of reputation of Christ. {Rom.12:17} ...Take thought for things honorable in the sight of all men. {2 Cor.8:21} for we take thought for things honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. Getting married because you get caught and then getting married before getting a divorce is not honorable to anyone. {1 Thes.5:22} abstain from every form (appearance) of evil. His teachings on marriage are to excuse his actions and are evil to the conscience of most men and are teaching them fornication like Balaam did. {Rom.14:15} For if because of meat thy brother is grieved, thou walkest no longer in love. Destroy not with thy meat him for whom Christ died. (If it is strictly forbidden to offend people over meats which are now clean, we are even more forbidden to offend the conscience of people with something like this that is illegal.) {19} So then let us follow after things which make for peace, and things whereby we may edify one another. {20} Overthrow not for meat's sake the work of God. All things indeed are clean (ceremonial laws passed away and are now clean but all moral law still stands); howbeit it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. {21} It is good not to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor [to do anything] whereby thy brother stumbleth.)

... but that's okay if you want to run down there to California, you and your wife which is supposed to be a marriage between a man and a woman in God and run down there and go stand next to the gays and lesbians while they hand the same marriage certificate to you guys they can hand it to them to the gays and lesbians at the same time. (Ridiculous, the paper may be the same but the signatures make them a totally different document as a child would know. With this statement he makes anyone who obeyed the ordinance of man in obedience to God a gay or lesbian and he as a fornicator is good. {Isa.5:20} Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!) the same identical marriage certificate it becomes a marriage between you your bride and the state of California or you, your bride and the state of NY or any other state for that matter, or Florida; and if you want to be in bed with Caesar then go right ahead and get in bed with Caesar. (It is good to declare your commitment to marriage before men so they can see that you are not just shacking up.)

I choose not to be in bed with Caesar. I believe that's against God's word. (We don't have a right to believe what we want.) I believe the marriage is between the man and woman that God joins together. Not man, not dates of things whether they be via divorces, marriages or any other thing. (The marriage laws are given to protect women from people like this. When you marry in darkness the poor woman has less recourse to support her children when the fornicator leaves because he is not married under law. What does God say about Matt's rebelling against Caesar to cater to his flesh? {Rom.13:1} Let every soul be in subjection to the higher powers: for there is no power but of God; and the [powers] that be are ordained of God. (It seems that Caesar is more ordained than Matt is.) {2} Therefore he that resisteth the power, withstandeth the ordinance of God: and they that withstand shall receive to themselves judgment. {3} For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. And wouldest thou have no fear of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise from the same: {4} for he is a minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is a minister of God, an avenger for wrath to him that doeth evil. {5} Wherefore [ye] must needs be in subjection, not only because of the wrath, but also for conscience' sake.)

We look at these things so legalistically and such religious spirits that operate that try to put people down and things uh (rebels always scream legalism to avoid obeying the Word) but the last time I looked in the bible it doesn't have any of that included in the word, and if you've got a scripture about that I haven't found it yet out of the hundreds of thousands of hours I've been reading the word for almost 30 years uh I'd like to see it. (I suspect many a 10-year-old has read the scriptures quoted here and knows better. Even the Bible Colleges teach better.) I don't know what bible they are using uh maybe it's in the Koran they are getting it .. I don't know but I don't see it in the word of God .. and so uh I did not marry myself and so end of story. (Yes, let's sweep this subject under the rug.)

The Balaam prophets teach the people "spiritual marriage" but "the Spirit" of God commands us not to give in to our fleshly lusts but to obey every ordinance of man, which anyone knows includes the marriage laws. {1 Pet.2:11} Beloved, I beseech you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain from fleshly lust, which war against the soul; {12} having your behavior seemly (honorable) among the Gentiles; that, wherein they speak against you as evil-doers, they may by your good works, which they behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. {13} Be subject to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether to the king, as supreme; {14} or unto governors, as sent by him for vengeance on evil-doers and for praise to them that do well. {15} For so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:. We are commanded to do this so as not to bring a reproach against Christianity among the unbelievers. When one comes into the kingdom and is in a common law marriage, which is not conscientiously acceptable to most people, they should go and get married before God and man for conscience sake.

Matt speaks of his freedom to get married without a divorce or license and commit fornication but what does God say? {16} as free, and not using your freedom for a cloak of wickedness, but as bondservants of God. This is cloaking wickedness with deceptive, high-sounding words but God knows an evil heart.

Matt accuses elders without two or three witnesses and then speak it to the church without witnesses, making them sin by receiving it. On the other hand, we have given many witnesses to your many sins. The true people of God are seeing all of this. But teaching God's people fornication by example and perversion of scripture will ensure his eternal damnation unless he repents. {1 Cor.6:9} Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, {10} nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. {11} And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God... {15} Know ye not that your bodies are members of Christ? shall I then take away the members of Christ, and make them members of a harlot? God forbid. {16} Or know ye not that he that is joined to a harlot is one body? for, The twain, saith he, shall become one flesh. (These men are taking away the members of Christ to make them members of the harlot.) {17} But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. {18} Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. (Notice the fornicators are outside the body of Christ.) ..{10:8} Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. {Gal.5:19} Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, (perverting the scriptures so you may do as you like) {5:21} envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practise such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

{Rev.21:7} He that overcometh shall inherit these things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. {8} But for the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part [shall be] in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death. {22:14} Blessed are they that wash their robes, that they may have the right [to come] to the tree of life, and my enter in by the gates into the city. {15} Without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie. (Some believe that because they are "saved" that you can get away with willful disobedience?) {Jer.7:9} Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal (The false Jesus), and walk after other gods that ye have not known, {10} and come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered; that ye may do all these abominations? {11} Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it, saith Jehovah. {12} But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I caused my name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel. {13} And now, because ye have done all these works, saith Jehovah, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not: {14} therefore will I do unto the house which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I did to Shiloh. {15} And I will cast you out of my sight, as I have cast out all your brethren, even the whole seed of Ephraim. Some say this is just Old Testament but the New says the same.

In any place that we are willfully disobedient, we need the fear of God. Sins of ignorance (Rom.5:13; 7:8,9) and sins of failure (Rom.7:19-25) are under the blood. However, we cannot claim the sacrificial benefits if we willfully walk in premeditated sin. (Heb.10:26) For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more a sacrifice for sins, (27) but a certain fearful expectation of judgment... Jesus bore all sin; He also bore the penalty for all sin, except willful disobedience. Notice that there is "no more a sacrifice" for that sin. We should have "a certain fearful expectation of judgment". Many of us have been lied to about the cleansing of the blood. (1 Jn.1:7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanseth us from all sin. The blood cleanses the one who walks in the light of the Word, not in the darkness of willful disobedience.

Saints, pray for those ministers who are standing on the sidelines like Peter while the wicked crucify the righteous. Pray that they get some backbone and stand up and be counted against this evil abomination infecting God's Church.

Not a Prophet

We feel we must offer an apology to those who are faithful readers of our website. Some time back we felt led to help Matthew Stephens set up his website at www.propheticwatchmanvine.com. We did this thinking we were aiding the body of Christ by publishing some of Matthew's prophecies on our website. Matthew gave dates and times when his prophecies were to happen. When they did not happen, and other events in Matthew's life which did not add up to the Word of God, we pulled all of Matthew's writings from our website, and have refused to help any further with his effort to deceive the people. What we did, we did ignorantly, and we apologize for our mistake. We ask your forgiveness. We have already sought God's forgiveness.

(Note from David: We have received info from several people/prophets that Matt prophesied things after learning of their revelations, in effect assimilating them and regurgitating them. We believe this is why Matt was in agreement with us when we first met him. Also, we noticed that he was reading "his" prophecies in our broadcast with him like he wasn't familiar with them, as one would be who had received them personally.)

Bob's Note on Matt's Sexual Assaults

David, I do realize you sent emails out about the Church and Family Hour program on Spirit 1 Radio - with regard to Matthew Stephen Moranor and the two girls he sexually assaulted. The fact is Matthew, according to his sister, did attack at least two women but she did not have permission to give their names and so she decided that it would be best not to bring it up at all. I had to respect her wishes. She was afraid that one of these girls would take legal action against her, or that if one of their husbands did not know then she would be responsible for causing a marital issue; that is why it was not talked about on our program. I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience to you or your ministry in any way. However, you may post this note on your website to explain why that happened.


Dear Saints,

Matt and the men who still support his predatory ways against Jesus' Church, contrary to the commands of God, should hear from you that "The witness of two men is true", as Jesus said. If they don't hear, you should separate from them in every form. This was a trial from God to see who would love Jesus by keeping His commandments...

Some say Matt's past sins should not be remembered. The only way your sins are not remembered is if you don't continue in them.

{Eze.18:21} But if the wicked turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. {22} None of his transgressions that he hath committed shall be remembered against him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. God says only to the righteous that their sins will not be remembered.

When the righteous turn back to willful sin nothing but their sin is remembered against them.

{18:24} But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? None of his righteous deeds that he hath done shall be remembered: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

Wicked Christians make their old sins to be remembered by continuing in them. They are no longer under the covering of the blood.

{21:24} Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand.

{Rev.18:5} for her sins have reached even unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

{Hos.8:13} As for the sacrifices of mine offerings, they sacrifice flesh and eat it; but Jehovah accepteth them not: now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins; they shall return to Egypt. ...{9:9} They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.

{Jer.14:10} Thus saith Jehovah unto this people, Even so have they loved to wander; they have not refrained their feet: therefore Jehovah doth not accept them; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.

{Heb.6:4} For as touching those who were once enlightened and tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit, {5} and tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come, {6} and [then] fell away, it is impossible to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

I was sent these notes from the Stephen Bening, Matthew Stephen Moranor, Kathy (?), Daniel and Jamie Ott broadcast of Saturday the 26th of July 2008. I have answered them in red. When I went on The Edge AM radio program Matthew was invited to contend with me but didn't come, but when these men have been invited I have not been invited to support the facts, witnesses or scriptures, of which they are afraid.

1. Ott, Stephen Bening and Matthew Stephen decided to be light-hearted and laughing about the situation instead of being serious. People who heard them accused them of being like drunk folks, because they were talking so nonchalantly about Matt's problems and being humorous. (This shows no repentance for the serious crimes against the victims they are guilty of.)

2. Ott and Stephen Bening compared being full of the Holy Spirit with being high on caffeine or alcohol. (This sounds just like the Toronto stuff Matthew was involved with in Kansas City. They too fell into immorality.)

3. Ott suggested Denise Thompson was being opportunistic due to some unknown family issue in the past in the Moranor family, possibly. (This is slander with no evidence, no witnesses and is scripturally not permitted without "two or three witnesses".

4. Stephen Bening expects family to defend family members to the death no matter what, not to do what Denise did to Matthew Stephen on Spirit 1. (I thought, well, Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber, was turned in by his own brother.) (Loyalty to proven adulterers, liars and thieves because they are fleshly kin shows no loyalty to God, as Jesus said. True born-again people have a new loyalty and family. {Mt.10:34} Think not that I came to send peace on the earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. {35} For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law: {36} and a man's foes [shall be] they of his own household. {37} He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Denise showed great courage and is honored among the righteous for coming forward to disprove all of Matthew Stephen's lies, only to suffer at the hands of the wicked. We are commanded to hear the witnesses.

5. Ott asked if standing alone with Matthew Stephen has damaged his ministry. Stephen Bening said, yes it has; because he's the only one still standing with Matthew Stephen. (This should tell you that some can read what the many witnesses have said while Stephen Bening has ignored the victims to cover for his own sins of marrying an adulterer who was not divorced. Also, we we're told that Stephen Bening has divorced twice, as a "Christian". Read the full story.)

Stephen Bening said, hey, the ex-wife got her divorce and she's happy; (Matt called for the divorce and got the lawyer first. This was without fornication on her part which is scripturally illegal. His wife later got a lawyer who was much more efficient and started the proceedings.) the new wife got what she wanted which is Matthew Stephen, so she's happy; (Happy does not mean righteous) he said he's happy, Ott said he too is happy, Jamie Ott said she's happy. Then Stephen Bening says the only ones not happy and complaining are the women who DIDN'T SUCCEED in getting Matthew as a husband. (I think you have overstated his value to any of these women Matt was proven to be chasing. Just ask them.)

Stephen Bening brings up the woman caught in adultery. (So now he justifies adultery. Matthew Stephen and his lover are adulterers, with Stephen Bening the accomplice. {1 Cor.6:9} Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, {10} nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. {11} And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God. He says Denise was wrong to not defend her brother. (This is a defense? What about WHAT she said about him being a con-man, fornicator, rapist, compulsive liar, thief, etc., all of his life? Lets don't talk about the facts.)

Ott brings up the fact Hosea was told by God to marry a woman of whoredoms. (So it's OK now? Nevermind the fact that God was creating a type to accuse the fornicating, apostate people of God of THEIR sins!) Stephen Bening believes David does not know what he is doing. (When someone departs from scripture they have to rely on what they believe. I have offered to debate Stephen Bening and Matthew Stephen through Bob on the scriptures and the witnesses and both have not answered. They accuse elders without witnesses, which is forbidden, whereas we have witnesses against them. 1 Tim 5:19,20)

Stephen Bening, Ott and Jamie continually fail throughout to realize and acknowledge and understand the Matthew 18:15-17 protocol and believe UBM/Eells is out of line in exposing Matthew to the world on the Internet. They do not at all respect scripture on this issue. (It is that they do not respect the commands of Jesus Christ and are angry that we have. {Mt.18:15} And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. {16} But if he hear [thee] not, take with thee one or two more, that at the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may be established. {17} And if he refuse to hear them, tell it unto the church: and if he refuse to hear the church also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican.)

After Stephen Bening, the phone line is opened up for questions. There are some good questions raised as to, What about the phone records that Matthew Stephen was calling T all hours of the night? (Absolute proof that Matt was chasing T. In one example among many there were five calls from Matt from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM in the morning and none from T.)

A man calls in saying Matthew Stephen is holding himself out to be something he is not. Phone records are a good way to start. He asks is Matthew willing to make his own phone records available? (He would have to give his code to an honest person to pull them for him like we did with T.) Caller thinks it's important that Matthew Stephen step forward to prove he is or is not who he says he is; evidence must be examined. (Amen!)

Ott wants to know if God would give a man a gift of prophecy if that man lives in sin. He fails to understand the gift and calling are not repented of. (He has never even read the evidence against Matthew. Here is a quote from that: "Notice what it takes to be a false prophet. First of all, a prophet is not merely one who prophesies, for ye can all prophesy one by one. A prophet is an office in the church, an elder, meaning one who is an overseer because he is mature in the faith. Now even though Matthew Stephen prophesies and by his own witness, which is not credible, even if he has hundreds of fulfilled prophecies, he cannot be a prophet. Let's see what Jesus says: {Mt.7:15} Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. (Now He did not say that he did not prophesy but that he was a false prophet because he is a predator. Balaam prophesied perfectly but he was a predator and taught God's people fornication, like Matthew Stephen and Stephen Bening. {Num.22:38} And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to speak anything? the word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak. {2 Pet.2:15} forsaking the right way, they went astray, having followed the way of Balaam the [son] of Beor, who loved the hire of wrong-doing; {Rev.2:14} But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there some that hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication.. (He is also guilty of a spiritual form of fornication.) {Mt.5:27} Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt not commit adultery: {28} but I say unto you, that every one that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart".)

Kathy says she's married in the eyes of God, but not in the eyes of the law. (She hasn't read the evidence either. Here is a quote: "He said we are to obey all of man's laws. Be subject to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake. We are to be above reproach before ALL men -- Christians and lost. We are not to be seen as law breakers for the sake of reputation of Christ. {Rom.12:17} ...Take thought for things honorable in the sight of all men. {2Co.8:21} for we take thought for things honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. Getting married because you get caught and then getting married before getting a divorce is not honorable to anyone. {1 Thes.5:22} abstain from every form (appearance) of evil. His teachings on marriage are to excuse his actions and are evil to the conscience of most men and are teaching them fornication like Balaam did. {Rom.14:15} For if because of meat thy brother is grieved, thou walkest no longer in love. Destroy not with thy meat him for whom Christ died. [If it is strictly forbidden to offend people over meats which are now clean, we are even more forbidden to offend the conscience of people with fornication and adultery like this that is illegal in God's Word.] {19} So then let us follow after things which make for peace, and things whereby we may edify one another. {20} Overthrow not for meat's sake the work of God. All things indeed are clean (ceremonial laws passed away and are now clean but all moral law still stands); howbeit it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. {21} It is good not to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor [to do anything] whereby thy brother stumbleth".)

Matthew Stephen is about to get on the line now.

- Talked about he's imperfect, he's a man, he's always pointed folks to Christ, wants to see the love of Christ in the hearts of all people. (According to Jesus, he loves not Christ for he keeps not His commandments and he points men to sin.)

- The Otts tell Matthew people want clarity on his marriage situation.

- Matthew Stephen says it was all done unbiblically, poison's been sent out from David Eells; (You mean letting the witnesses speak as the scriptures command is poison? Showing by Scripture he is wicked is poison. Who can show that I have lied? That would be poison, not revealing a predator masquerading as a prophet.) says he apologized two weeks ago about offensively ... (doesn't finish the sentence). Says he's made public apology. (We have scripturally never asked for an apology but repentance, which means "change of mind". Besides his statement that "If I have offended anyone, please forgive me" is not an apology. He is not admitting adultery, fornication, lying, stealing, etc.)

Says a lot of women are jealous, people are jealous, women have taken exception to him marrying Kathy. (This is a delusion he has that he is God's gift to women.)

The Otts are extremely ignorant regarding the scriptural protocol. They are constantly ignoring the scripture and applying their opinion only about what they think scripture says.

Kathy was on and says she stands by her man, of course. (He was not her man when she was caught staying in hotel rooms with him and he isn't now. This is adultery.)

A caller says he does not like the spirit in which the two sides are coming; a spirit of judgment. (Judgment is commanded in this case. {1 Cor.5:9} I wrote unto you in my epistle to have no company with fornicators; {10} not at all [meaning] with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous and extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world: {11} but as it is, I wrote unto you not to keep company, if any man that is named a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such a one no, not to eat. {12} For what have I to do with judging them that are without? Do not ye judge them that are within?)

Ott brings up the point that judgment will begin at the house of God. (That is exactly what we are doing.) A man's enemies will be the men of his own house, says Ott. (We can see who the enemies in the house are.)

Matthew Stephen came on and reiterated the following:

1. Denies allegations BECAUSE they were brought not in love, and with poison by David Eells. (Witnesses cannot be denied whether Matthew Stephen feels it's love or not. Obey the scriptures and answer the witnesses. You were caught shacking up and got married by Stephen Bening without a divorce which makes you both guilty of adultery.)

2. Matthew Stephen says he will not answer his critics, that he has apologized several times to Christians and online crowd for anything he's done to offend. (We never saw any public apology that admitted the facts. You cannot stand against the evidence and you know it.)

3. Tore down T a bit, bringing up her out-of-wedlock child in her unchristian past. (T became a Christian and forsook her past life and has not done what Matthew Stephen has since. Her sins are forgiven, Matthew's are not. Eze.18:24} But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? None of his righteous deeds that he hath done shall be remembered: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.)

4. Matthew Stephen says his marriage is none of anybody's business; that there are a lot of jealous women out there. (Elders are to make it their business when wolves come in to prey upon the flock.)

5. Ott concerned that several calling in do not have consensus on scripture. (Maybe Daniel would like to talk scripture with me?)

6. Ott wants to know why Eells has not confronted Jesse Jackson and Sharpton on stuff they've defended or said over the years (Jackson regarding the "nigger" comment when he thought he was off the air, regarding Obama; and Sharpton about the Tawanna Brawley false charge of rape years ago.) (This is a clear attempt at changing the issue from the sins of Matthew Stephen and Stephen Bening. We are obeying the commands of scripture concerning these sins against our assembly.)

7. Caller Doug says seems Matthew 18 protocol was followed, but Matthew refused to comply, so the process continued; yet this caller does not think the public online stuff should have been put on the websites. Others feel this way, of course, also. (We didn't start the online thing. We received lies on blogs and sites against us first. Also, our assembly is mostly an online/broadcast assembly to the world. The command to "bring it to the church" in Matthew 18:17 is applicable here. Matt has been plundering the Church, not just our local assembly. Plus, Daniel is fighting for this fornicator publicly through his broadcasts and archives on the Internet. They need to be answered that way.)

8. Jamie Ott poses the question, if Matthew has repented online now several times and apologizes online on the various radio shows, should not the written stuff be removed from the websites now? Shouldn't this issue now go away, she wants to know. (He has not repented or apologized to the victims. He has not admitted his lies, false prophecies, thefts and fornications. He has not admitted to doctoring his dated prophecies that he stole from others and were found false. He has not returned the money he stole from Bob. He has not admitted that all the glorious stuff you pasted on your site from him is proven lies. Etc., etc. The scriptures demand repentance or else he is to be unto us as a gentile and a publican.)


Matthew Spared By Grace

Once when Matthew sent out character assassinations with no evidence to his e-list against all of the good people who witnessed or were victims of his evil, the Lord reminded me that I had his e-list. Matt had sent it to me, he thought by accident by not using Bcc (Blind carbon copy) -- just before we discovered his many sins. However, it was the will of God who is sovereign over all things. I thought, "Wow, Lord, you have done it again. You have made it possible to answer his lies to his own people with the clear evidence we put on our site". Late that night as I was thinking on this, the Lord said, "No, withhold your sword against him and instead send him the story of David who found himself in the midst of Saul's camp and could have killed him with the sword of the Word but instead was merciful". And so I found myself in the midst of Matt's email camp, which was a fulfillment of prophecy for me, for the Lord told me many times that I was one of His Davids. He has also told me in the past that the Philistines (the old man) will take Saul out and that I wouldn't have to.

{1 Sam.24:1} And it came to pass, when Saul was returned from following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying, Behold, David is in the wilderness of En-gedi. {2} Then Saul took three thousand chosen men out of all Israel, and went to seek David and his men upon the rocks of the wild goats. {3} And he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where was a cave; and Saul went in to cover his feet. Now David and his men were abiding in the innermost parts of the cave. {4} And the men of David said unto him, Behold, the day of which Jehovah said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thy hand, and thou shalt do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul's robe privily. {5} And it came to pass afterward, that David's heart smote him, because he had cut off Saul's skirt. {6} And he said unto his men, Jehovah forbid that I should do this thing unto my lord, Jehovah's anointed, to put forth my hand against him, seeing he is Jehovah's anointed. {7} So David checked his men with these words, and suffered them not to rise against Saul. And Saul rose up out of the cave, and went on his way.

I have not sought Matthew's hurt. The things we have done are commanded of the Lord in Mt.18:15-17 and 1 Tim.5:20. UBM has always obeyed these commands, which are not retaliation but for the purpose of God's love to bring his stubborn heart to repentance. The people could not see his sins leading them astray so God proclaimed it through the witnesses for their sakes and his.

{24:8} David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David bowed with his face to the earth, and did obeisance. {9} And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearkenest thou to men's words, saying, Behold, David seeketh thy hurt? {10} Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that Jehovah had delivered thee to-day into my hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee; but [mine eye] spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth my hand against my lord; for he is Jehovah's anointed. {11} Moreover, my father, see, yea, see the skirt of thy robe in my hand; for in that I cut off the skirt of thy robe, and killed thee not, know thou and see that there is neither evil nor transgression in my hand, and I have not sinned against thee, though thou huntest after my life to take it. {12} Jehovah judge between me and thee, and Jehovah avenge me of thee; but my hand shall not be upon thee. {13} As saith the proverb of the ancients, Out of the wicked cometh forth wickedness; but my hand shall not be upon thee. {14} After whom is the king of Israel come out? after whom dost thou pursue? after a dead dog, after a flea. {15} Jehovah therefore be judge, and give sentence between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of thy hand.

Even though we have cut off Matt's skirt, revealing the ugly details of his flesh, we have spared him in the midst of his camp. We have done good unto Matt but he has returned it with slander and no evidence. (Matt, please confess your sin, as even Saul did, and gave up the attack on David and his brethren.)

{24:16} And it came to pass, when David had made an end of speaking these words unto Saul, that Saul said, Is this thy voice, my son David? And Saul lifted up his voice, and wept. {17} And he said to David, Thou art more righteous than I; for thou hast rendered unto me good, whereas I have rendered unto thee evil. {18} And thou hast declared this day how that thou hast dealt well with me, forasmuch as when Jehovah had delivered me up into thy hand, thou killedst me not. {19} For if a man find his enemy, will he let him go well away? wherefore Jehovah reward thee good for that which thou hast done unto me this day. {20} And now, behold, I know that thou shalt surely be king, and that the kingdom of Israel shall be established in thy hand. {21} Swear now therefore unto me by Jehovah, that thou wilt not cut off my seed after me, and that thou wilt not destroy my name out of my father's house. {22} And David sware unto Saul. And Saul went home; but David and his men gat them up unto the stronghold.

Please don't let the Philistine take you out. It isn't the gifts that count before God, brother, but the fruit of obedience. Those who prophesy but sin willfully will be lost (Heb.10:26).

{Mt.7:15} Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. {16} By their fruits ye shall know them. Do [men] gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? {17} Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but the corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. {7:18} A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. {19} Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. {20} Therefore by their fruits ye shall know them. {21} Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven. {22} Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works? {23} And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

I desire the best for you, brother. Please, humble yourself and confess your sin and God will deliver you. Please step down from your self-exalted position and submit to true ministers for the sake of your soul.

The Making of a False Prophet

I am not one to kick against the pricks nor to point out a brother's weaknesses; however, in recent days I have seen wolves in men's clothing creeping in around the sheep. As a shepherd who has been called to this position by the good shepherd Yeshua (Jesus), I fill compelled to start warning the sheep of these false prophets as to maybe in some way limit the damage that will be done to the sheep.

This is the fist time I have ever mentioned people by name, as I have always said we should condemn the sin and not the sinner. I still hold to this view but now feel like there has to be exceptions made. Scripture tells us that when we see a brother in transgression we should go to him, and if he does not hear our warning then we are to go to him with a second witness. If at this point he still refuses to receive correction, then we are to bring him before the body and call him to repentance one final time. If he still refuses to repent then we are to put him out of the assembly.

All of the individuals mentioned in this article have had numerous opportunities to repent, but like a strong-willed mule have chosen, rather, to dig their heels in and remain in their sin. Instead of repenting and being restored, they try to justify their actions and deeds most of the time by manipulating scripture to accomplish their justification.

I will be the first to say that I myself am not perfect and that I have made mistakes and sinned against the Creator of the universe. So you my ask yourself what gives me the right, then, to point out another when they are in sin. There is one monstrous difference between me and the people that I am going to mention here. I am not above being corrected and am not so foolish as to think that I cannot be wrong. And when I am shown to be in error I immediately go to the Father and beg for His forgiveness and then take steps to receive the forgiveness of anyone I may have wronged in my transgression.

The title of this document is "The Making of a False Prophet", so you have probably already deduced that I will be talking about men who have taken the title of prophet and made prophecies that proved not to be from God. The men in question are Monty Judah, a messianic leader located in Oklahoma City, and Mathew Stephen, a self-proclaimed prophet who travels the country trying to make a name for himself by giving out prophetic warnings.

I will show that these two men are unquestionably, unrepentant false prophets. I will show that they have been warned repeatedly and rejected the warning and have refused to repent for their sin. These men are dangerous to the body more so than your average false prophet. They are skilled orators and have learned well the art of spiritual manipulation. In fact, they put me in mind of the old snake oil salesmen so prevalent in the '30s and '40s. Both men are very charismatic and posses the ability to manipulate a crowd through emotionalism and this is why they are so dangerous.

To do this I feel I must give you a lesson in what a true prophet is and what one is not. Most people think that a prophet is a person who has been shown by God something in the future and then they declare what they have been shown; and then we wait and see if what they have said comes to pass and if it does then they are a prophet, and if it does not then they are not. This is not how we are supposed to gauge whether one is a true prophet or not, according to the Word of God.

The reason most people think this is how they are to judge a true or false prophet is because scripture says in Deu 18:21-22 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that [is] the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, [but] the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

While this is the easiest way to tell whether a prophet be true or not, it is not the standard by which we judge a prophet. We know this also because scripture tells us in Deu 13:1-3 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

As we clearly see, because of the above passage, the act of predicting something is or is not going to happen is not what makes a prophet true or untrue.

A true prophet hears from Yah (God) and first calls the people to repentance by telling them of their transgression, trying to draw them back into covenant with the creator. And if the people refuse to repent, then he will declare the judgment of Yah. This is the way all the prophets of old did it and since Yah is not a man Who lies and because He changes not, this is the way it will always be done if they are truly hearing from Yah (God). I can cite prophet after prophet to prove this point but because this is merely an article of declaration and not a book, I will refrain from doing so at this point. There are also many scriptures in the New Testament to solidify this point. But for time's sake I think the reasonable can see from the scriptures already mentioned the accusations that will be introduced are valid.

First, let's deal with Monty Judah. During the days leading up to the Y2K debacle, Monty convinced hundreds of people that this was going to be the end of the world. He convinced them that they would be pushed into a third-world environment in a matter of days.

Monte Judah's Lion and Lamb Ministries began in 1995 and seems to have grown quickly, primarily based on the enthusiasm surrounding Judah's dogmatic prophetic claims. These same claims evidently also quickly became controversial. Consider this challenge by Monte Judah in the February 1996 "Yavoh" newsletter (emphasis has been added by bold letters to call attention to the most significant aspects of this material):

After the Lord instructed me to do so, I declared that the Middle East Peace Accord of 1993 started the 70th week of Israel. Therefore, I am warning others to look for specific events to occur in 1996 and 1997 consistent with the timeline and the center event of the seven-year period, the Abomination of Desolation. To that end, I am preparing and warning others that the Great Tribulation spoken of by Daniel and Yeshua will begin Feb/Mar of 1997. These dates were set by God when He started the 70th week.

Because I teach people to look for specific things, I am criticized as a "date setter". But in defense of the argument, I remind people that I didn't make the Middle East Peace Accord of 1993 happen, nor did I select the Feast of Booths by the mouth of Zechariah. I am drawing a conclusion based on a Scriptural understanding. Further, I have openly called all men to examine my words and scrutinize them. If what I say does not happen, then brand me as a false prophet, listen to me no more, and heap the ridicule on to prevent others from making the same mistake. But I would remind you in accordance with the Scripture not to despise a prophetic utterance until it has been proven false.

The irony of this whole situation is stunning. I call for the testing of all prophets. I have made my message and its measurement clear. If the altar is not stopped in Feb/Mar of 1997 in Jerusalem, then throw me on the trash heap. But if the altar service is stopped 3 1/2 years after the peace agreement, will you then trust God to deliver you? Will you believe the other prophecies that follow?

I could go on and on. In fact, if you would like to know more about his false prophecies you can go read them for yourself the same place I got this (www.isitso.org). But I thought that this one was the most telling about his character as a self-appointed prophet, so I used it. I also agree in part with the writer's evaluation at the end of all the false prophecies, where the writer states:

In spite of Monte Judah's protestations in the article quoted at the end of the previous section, it is impossible to "restore" him to his state before he made his false prophetic pronouncements in 1997. He can be restored to Christian fellowship; he can be restored to the role of a servant of the brethren. But he can't be restored to a position of a prophetic teacher whose speculations deserve to be carefully considered. For his record has shown clearly that he is a misguided man with delusions of grandeur about his prophetic calling at best-or a false prophet, speaking falsely about God's "direction", at worst.

The problem is not "forgiving" Monte Judah. The problem is accepting him in the role which he insists on pursuing. It is he who has destroyed his own credibility.

I say that I agree in part because I do not believe that Monty should be allowed to serve in any capacity of a shepherd. He has proven that he is untrustworthy and does not meet the guidelines defined in scripture of even one who desires the office of a bishop. He is not above reproach. In fact, he has brought much reproach on the gospel and those who call themselves believers. I do not think that he is merely a misguided man but a man who desires to fleece the sheep at any cost, even if that means declaring to them that he has heard from God.

This, however, is not in my mind the most dangerous thing about Monty. Monty disputes the validly of an entire book in the new testament -- the book of Hebrews; and not only the book of Hebrews, but many of the writings of the Apostle Paul. First Fruits of Zion wrote a response to Monty, renouncing the book of Hebrews which he rejected. He refuses to be accountable to anyone in the body. He is a rogue self-proclaimed prophet who doubts the validity of scripture and who refuses to repent or be accountable to anyone. Is this in any way the standard that we see set in scripture? Did not Paul and the other apostles seek the advice of the elders before they would teach doctrines that were not widely accepted? (See Acts 15.)

Ok, we have now shown Monty to be a false prophet, a liar and a denier of scripture. So let's now move on to another false prophet and show him for the deceiver he is, as well. And that false prophet's name is Matthew Stephen.

I personally have been on the radio with Matthew Stephen; I always tried to counteract what he said. In May of 2008 I was on the radio with him and you can still listen to the podcast at www.nextcrusade.com. Mathew made several false prophecies on this show; he prophesied that America would be hit by a major earthquake in June of 2008. It did not happen. He also said something about a tsunami hitting the east coast and the Gulf and a sinkhole opening up in the middle of a major highway. None of these things have come to pass and very few people have called him on it. In fact, people have swept it under the rug and continued to let him have a platform to spew his false prophecies, doctrines and heresies.

I warned Richard Keltner, the host of Watchmen Radio, on I know at least two occasions that I did not feel right about Mathew in my spirit. I told him that I did not know what it was but that something was not right with him and that he should be careful and be watching him. I also told him that he was what I call a coattail prophet, meaning that he listened to what the Father was giving other men, then magnify their words to be something much bigger and grander than in their original context, and then give his version out like it was his own word. He has done this numerous times.

Now Mathew has gone beyond just being a false prophet. He has become a seducer of women, an adulterer, a liar and an extortionist. The really sick thing is that he does it all in the name of Yah (God). He, in my opinion, is as bad as Monty Judah, if not much worse. I also received a CD that had all of Mathew's writings and false prophecies on it that another brother had to remove from his website when he realized how many false prophecies Mathew had actually made. I went through many of them but in the end did not feel that this would be necessary to expose Mathew for whom and what he truly is. He is a wolf, a big one who has cleverly disguised himself as a sheep. If you encounter this wolf, please be very careful and warn your sheep that he is a predator of the worst kind.
